The one time consultation is for people who are not sure about committing to a long term programme or just want basic alterations and recommendations for their current health and wellness routine. What to expect before & after the call: An initial intake form and Fee Payment Receipt are to be submitted post which a personalised plan will be formulated and shared to be discussed on our first call (details to be decided upon availability) The Plan is for you if you need help support in your journey and will be formulated based on your current goals and health condition. This Plan will include: - Dietary and lifestyle recommendations for disease management/ weight loss/ weight gain/ severe constipation/ hormonal imbalance - Everyday Rituals/ Do's & Don'ts - Customized Yoga Asana Flow - Follow up after 15 days to understand your progress and make any alterations if necessary Optional Bonuses: - Daily Chat Support for a month from the first call - Self-growth worksheets & resources - Monthly follow-ups available at additional cost
